It's sad that this Houston-based band isn't more widely known, but then their lead singer, the fabulous Asli Omar, took six months off to go back to art school to finish her course. They've a few albums and EPs out but they really come into their own when performing live. If anyone fancies flying me across to Houston so I can catch one of their concerts then I'll happily accept the offer
The first track "Leon" is my particular favourite but their music can vary in style quite a lot. All I can do is recommend you listen to their catalogue - you'll soon become a dedicated fan as I did
